[1]	Orders will be dispatched after clearance of payment.
[2]	All deliveries are subject to stock availability. If any items are unavailable, we will contact you immediately to offer an alternative.
[3]	A signature will be required for all deliveries.
[4]	TMCS reserves the right to amend any prices without prior notice
[5]	Any damages caused in transit must be notified to us in writing within 3 days of receipt of goods.
[6]	TMCS cannot be held responsible for delivery failures caused by National Carriage.
[7]	Invoices for approved customers must be settled within 30 days from date of invoice.
[8]	All products remain the property of TMCS until payment is received in full.
[9]	V.A.T will be added to all prices for cleaning products, clothing and shoes and are subject to any additions by tax imposed by H M government.
[10]	TMCS will not be liable for the inability to deliver goods due to events beyond our control (floods, acts of god, war, riots, government actions ect)
[11]	TMCS will not be responsible for any loss caused to the Buyer by late delivery, each delivery of goods in accordance with an order shall be deemed to constitute a seperate contract to which these terms and conditions shall, so far as possible, apply and failure to make any delivery shall not terminate the order as to future deliveries.
